If you use any of the cloning and healing tools on a regular basis then you are going to want to make friends with the rotation tool. This is the best way for getting into those awkward corners and no more rotating brushes when you can just non-destructively rotate the whole image canvas.

This is keyboard shortcut that I actually thinks work better if you are using a PC. Why, well its all to do with right clicking and even though you can right click on MAC. Changing brush dynamically seems to be just so much easier for PC users. So give the CS4 way of altering the brush size and tip softness a go!
